About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Controller to be the primary contact for all accounting topics and responsible for delivering comprehensive accounting, US-GAAP, and statutory reporting activities. This role requires an analytical and results-driven professional who will play a key role in driving the performance of the business by collaborating with various business units and ensuring financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all accounting-related matters.
Oversee monthly financial close processes and ensure timely and accurate statutory reporting.
Drive internal controls, tax compliance, and audit processes.
Gather, organize, and analyze financial data across different business units (Production, Sales, Supply Chain, and Support Functions).
Support Controlling during the closing, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Understand manufacturing plant performance and cost drivers to provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with operations, sales, and product management to achieve business goals.
Design and produce detailed financial reports, analyses, and solutions to identified problems.
Work with SSC (Shared Services Center) to prepare statistical forecasts and budgets.
Monitor and actively participate in product cost calculations to support pricing decisions.
Prepare, evaluate, and review CAPEX projects.
Qualifications;
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Strong controlling and analytical skills.
Advanced knowledge of data management and database tools (Excel, PowerQuery, PowerBI, Tableau).
Proficiency in SAP.
Mastery of MS Office tools.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in multinational industrial companies.
Strong understanding of manufacturing plant performance and cost drivers.
