We are looking for a results-driven FP&A – Senior Business Analyst to join our Türkiye FP&A team. In this role, you will gather, organize, and analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive business success. Your work will contribute directly to the preparation of analyses across the P&L, support investment proposals, and enhance decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from various business units (Production, Sales, Supply Chain, and Support Functions).
Assist Controlling during closing, forecasting, and budgeting processes with specific analyses.
Understand manufacturing plant performance and cost drivers to provide actionable recommendations.
Design and produce financial reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
Prepare detailed analyses and proactively propose solutions to identified problems.
Collaborate with the Shared Services Center (SSC) to create data-driven statistical forecasts and budgets.
Monitor and actively participate in product cost calculations and support pricing decisions.
Provide insights into the drivers and context behind financial results.
Support the preparation, evaluation, and review of CAPEX projects.

Timely completion of analyses and reports.
Accuracy and clarity of financial data and insights.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Strong skills in controlling and financial analysis.
Proficiency in data management and databases (Excel, PowerQuery, PowerBI, Tableau).
Experience with SAP and mastery of MS Office tools.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Previous experience in multinational industrial companies.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
